Hello there! I have been teaching English in Tokyo for close to five years. I specialize in Business English. Most of my students are business professionals. Before becoming an English instructor, I worked in the Philippines and in Singapore. I have more than 15 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, and publishing. I have a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from the University of Cambridge’s English Language Assessment. I also have a degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines. In my lessons, you will get: 1. High Talk Time: You will have high talk time during the lessons. 2. Adequate Support: You will get helpful feedback and appropriate support in each lesson. 3. Customized Role plays: You will have a chance to do role plays in our lesson. That's why each lesson is designed and customized to meet your needs. TRIAL LESSON: I will ask you about your goals for studying English. After that, we will decide the best approach to meet your goals. REGULAR LESSON: At the start of the lesson, I will ask you if you have any requests for the lesson. In each lesson, you can expect to talk 70-80% of the lesson time. CORRECTION: Please let me know if you prefer gentle or strict corrections. FEEDBACK: You will get helpful feedback in each lesson. LESSON NOTES: We can use Google Documents for your lesson notes. You can review the notes after the lesson.
