I am a professional EFL teacher in New Orleans, LA, U.S.A. I have worked in the U.S. school system for three years, and have been teaching EFL independently for an additional three. I have taught students of all ages and levels of English proficiency. I look forward to helping you on your language learning journey! I have a B.A. in English Education and a TEFL certification. I have studied English, Middle English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese in depth. I am able to recognize and help with common troubles language learners face when acquiring a new language. My classes will be very conversational and loose. We learn language when we talk to our mothers, first. It is important to remember that the core elements of language will be that same spoken language we get from our mothers as children. My classes focus on mastery of those simple cores, and then build off of that framework. Language acquisition should be natural and fun!
