I love to ask questions to enhance critical thinking skills for adults and I like creativity upon kids. I stand the rule of 70-80/30 while having classes to adults and that means 70-80% talking time from the students and 30% from me. For kids, I usually do the 50/50 talking time and that means 50% from the student and 50% talking time from me.
