Hello! My name is Sally-Anne but you call just call me Sally. I was born and raised in Australia. However, I currently live in Bali Indonesia, where I teach English. I love to travel and meet knew people as well as experience new cultures. As I am a native English speaker I have a passion to help other people improve and perfect their English skills. As a online ESL teacher I am able to combined my interests of travel and teaching. ABOUT ME: I am a very friendly and easy person to speak with. I admire people who are interested in learning the English language and pride myself on making them feel comfortable and safe during our conversations. I have a university degree in Social Work which has allowed me to communicate with a wide range of diverse people. Because of this I believe my university study has also improved my english teaching skills as I am able to connect and form professional relationships with others. I also have a level 5, 168 hour TEFL certificate. This course further developed my teaching skills as I learnt helpful skills and tips for teaching second language students. TEACHING STYLE: The most valuable english skills I can teach are the ones that interest YOU most. I want to see my students become success and achieve their individual goals. During our lessons we will focus on your interests. This can include a range of things; general conversation, job interview practice, exam preparation, IELTS speaking exam, comprehension, speaking, listening, grammar, idioms, travel conversation, restaurant conversation ... honestly anything you like!
